Living Stones
Every week during the school year 7th and 8th grade students get together on Wednesday night from 7 pm - 8:30 pm at Faith Community Church. We are all on a spiritual journey. When Junior High students come through our doors, we want to help them take the next step on that journey. So, each week we play games, worship, hear a challenge from Scripture, and talk about life in small groups. Our greatest desire is to see Junior High students trust Christ in every area of their life.
Sunday School
At 9:15 am each Sunday morning Junior High students are invited to the Solid Rock Youth Center to interact and engage with Scripture. With Bibles in hand, we will explore the timeless truth of God's Word.
Camp
Each year we try to encourage kids to go to a Christian camp. Not only will they have a blast, but they will also be given opportunities to learn more about God. For Junior High we encourage our kids to travel 45 minutes down the road to Camp Witness.
Most 7th and 8th grade students face major changes during these Junior High years. Because these changes are often very difficult, we desire to come alongside them and help them navigate these changes and point them toward Jesus. So, each week we offer a Wednesday night youth program and a Sunday morning Bible study. There are three things we try to accomplish at each thing we do. We want to have a lot of FUN, we want to be challenged in our FAITH, and we want to have a good time in FELLOWSHIP with others.
