Our church is blessed to have 3 full-time pastors...

Paul Harder - Senior Pastor
Paul Harder was born in Congo, Africa and grew up with two brothers and two sisters. Although born in Africa to missionary parents, he spent the majority of his growing up years in Omaha, Nebraska. Paul put his trust in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior at an early age, through the witness of his father and mother.
Paul returned to Congo with his parents for his last two years of high school. God dramatically used those two years to broaden Paul's vision of the world, and plant the seed of full-time vocational Christian work in his heart. With this in mind, Paul attended Grace University in Omaha, majoring in history, philosophy and Bible.
Paul and Ruth were married and then moved to Dallas, Texas where Paul pursued further biblical training at Dallas Theological Seminary. Majoring in Old Testament, Paul graduated in May 1981, with his Master of Theology degree.
In June of 1981, Paul and Ruth accepted the call to be pastor of the O'Neill Berean Fundamental Church. Later, in 1984, when the Berean Church merged with Faith Community, he was asked to remain and pastor the new church. Paul is responsible for the main teaching of the Body and is committed to clear, practical, systematic teaching of the Bible.
During these years, Paul, Ruth, and the church body have been privileged to see God work in great ways. It is our prayer that God will continue to change
lives for His glory, and that by His grace, Faith Community will produce faithful, humble and obedient servants of Jesus Christ.

Jamie Lindsay - Youth Pastor
Jamie Lindsay was born and raised in England. With both parents firmly rooted in their faith, he was drawn to the love of Christ at an early age. Having lived in England from birth until graduating from high school, his roots were firmly placed in that culture.
With his father being English and his mother American, he has dual citizenship that enabled him to easily move to the United States for college. He attended Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska where he majored in youth ministry and Biblical studies. In 2004, one week after graduating from Grace, he married Amber DeWeerdt. They have two daughters, Mia and Reagan.
During and after his college years, he volunteered and interned at Brookside Church, working first with the Jr. High and later with the High School. It was here that he put the skills learned in college to work. Not only did this develop those skills, but also increased his passion for communicating the love of Christ to youth. Knowing that God had called them to full-time ministry, they were led to Faith Community Church in August of 2006.
They have been blessed beyond belief in their short time at Faith Community Church and look forward to serving here in the years to come. The desire of their hearts is to reach youth for the glory of Christ. They want to be faithful servants by following Him in this adventure and challenge He has placed before them.

Steve Randolph - Associate Pastor
Steve was born in Grand Island, Nebraska, but lived most of his early years in Atkinson, Nebraska and his high school years near Amelia, Nebraska. During his high school years, he enjoyed hunting, trapping, horses, and most sports. He graduated from Chambers High School.
Steve grew up attending summer camp at the Wesleyan Church Camp between Atkinson and O'Neill. It was there, at a young age, that he asked Jesus to come into his life. Steve met his future wife, Anne Michele VanCleave, at that same camp in 1987. In the fall of 1987, they both attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College in Oklahoma and traveled for the college, singing at churches and camps.
Steve and Michele were married in 1989 and moved back to Nebraska, where they worked on a ranch near Ainsworth. Their marriage has been blessed with two sons, Matthew and Clayton.
The Lord was working in their lives and they bgan to sense the Lord leading them into full-time ministry. "The Lord began to mold, refine and prepare us for the work He had planned for us." In 1995, they headed eastward to O'Neill where Steve worked for Shamrock Nursery. Michele began working for KGRD Radio in 1995, and has been greatly blessed with the opportunity to serve and work there.
In 2003, Steve began taking ministerial classes and is currently continuing his education towards a degree in Biblical Counseling. Steve came on staff with Faith Community Church in March of 2006.
